Sears has left my 80 yr old mother without a AC for over a week now. It has been 100 degrees every day during this time period. The warranty on the AC unit is good until July 2011. A service man came Tuesday(8-10-2010) and looked at the unit and claimed that it was not worth fixing and stated that he would return tomorrow (Wednesday 8-11-2010) with his boss. No one from Sears has called or showed up on that day. I guess when my mother dies from a heat stroke, I will own Sears.
