I had received a gift card. Thought I would use it by shopping online at Sears. This took all day (Jan.11th, 2010) Due to the slow and poor program Sears designed. After finally finding what to purchase had to change order several times do to out of stock. I received conformation number (122322477) This order was a gift to my niece to be shipped to her. After a week I contacted her. No order had <br />
arrived. Checked on line with conformation number, The respond was Sorry unable to process your request at this time try again later.<br />
After several attemps still on anwsers, Called Customers Service <br />
Which was told order was cancelled due to out of stock (ALL THREE ITEMS ) and would receive credit for gift card in 10Days. On Jan.25th, 2010 went to Sears in Westminister Ca. Sent two Hours trying to clear this nightmare up to no evade. Manager (Meagan) said, They can't ship to Other Sears Store so she called the online shopping Customer Service for me I spoke to them Rosalyn for at least 30 min. Rosalyn act as if I was putting her out. I wasted several hour at store and still no answers. I received a email from Sears<br />
(Jan.26th2010) Stating that they had whoops and My Range wasn't<br />
the price that they marked ""MY ORDER WAS FOR SHOES"""<br />
What happen to Sears Customer Service??? Still No order<br />
and No gift card . DONT SHOP AT SEARS YOU WILL BE GUARANTEE WORRIES! ALL I WAS TRYING TO DO WAS ORDER MY (10 YEAR OLD NIECE) A PAIR OF SHOES MAYBE SHE MIGHT RECEIVE A RANGE!!!<br />
