Called in August to schedule maintenance on my Sears tractor. My appointment on 9/14/09 was cancelled on 2:30pm. the day of the appointment. The second time I rescheduled was Sat 9/19/2009, with a no cancellation clause in the apppoitment, it was cancelled on friday evening. Reschedule for Tuesday 9/22/09, again, with a no cancellation notice and this was cancelled on the 21st. I was told by your representative DEE # 064855, that it would not be cancelled again and would be put in for an AM appointment, which was put in the past 2 times. I received a call on 9/23/09 that the next appointment on 9/30/09 was cancelled this was a recorded message. I called and spoke to your representative Helen # 000059 to see when they were going to reschedule. She told me it was a mistake and that the appointment for 9/30/09 was still on. She told me yes it was, I thanked her and asked her for a corporate phone number, to discuss this matter, and I was put on hold after 5 minutes I was disconnected, so I have no idea now if I'm on for 9/30/09 or not. I am a 63 year old man who has done business with sear for over 30 years and can't believe how they are handling this. I have purchased 2 tractors from Sears in the past 5 years, plus a service contract and if you have any problem on this correspondnes please check your recordings for which every employee said was being recorded for training purposes. on how not to handle a customer . # 302-541-8447
