Whole Staff
I went into the center to have brake job done, pre-registered on the day before. Was there 2.5 hours watched mechanic stand around and talk to other associates instead of performing work... They had to order parts, got wrong parts which delayed job even longer. Another customer was angry due to them doing a check on his front end alignment and then doing 70.00 worth of work w/o his okay... Another customer sat there for approximately 2 hours waiting to get a flat fixed as they had to send an employee out for patches...he was gone that long claimed he locked keys in car when he stopped for gas, that customer left prior to work being done. I will never take any of my cars to Sears again for repairs and I am sure these other two gentlemen will not either. This is the most poorly ran service center i have seen in my 55 years of living. And no one could complain to the manager/coach because she left to go to church.

missed my class
I took my car into sears automotive for a front end alignment and two new tires. Well the salesman wanted to sell me a $88 dollar package for an oil change and coolant flush, but when I looked on the computer the total was already $477 so I so no, he said no I was on the wrong screen, he said it would be $377 for everything so I said go ahead. He said the car would be done in 1.5 hrs so we said ok. After waiting 2hrs we decided to go back and see how much longer. We dropped the car off at 1:30pm and I knew I had class at 6pm, so I thought I had plenty of time.So we go back at 3:30 he said they were just finishing up the car and it would be done by 4:00 so we sat and there and sat there and sat there, finally at 5:30 we went to check on the car, he said oh its been done.He let us sit there we have no idea when the car was actually finished, so I still had to pay for it, so its 5:30 now and it takes him 20 minutes to get the paperwork, so long story short, a service that was supposed to take 1.5 hrs actually took 4hrs, and if I would have been told that from the beginning I would have made other arrangements to get to my class. I think sears thinks people dont have any other obligations they can just sit and wait for there cars all day, and it was a Wednesday when we got there was only 2 cars being worked on. I dont believe I will ever take my car there again, very poor service indeed!!!
