Bought table set and received it broken. But before it even got delivered, I got a run around with delivery service, first they delivered the set to the wrong address so I had to re schedule the delivery and wait additional 4 days before it got delivered damaged.
As per my understanding they inspect product before delivering, yet they didn't notice the cracks at the joints where the screw is suppose to hold the backing of the chair.
Than when called and complain customer service had no intent to help in any way, I had to re order 2 chairs and as per "Customer Service Rep." it is being ordered from China?! My question for this company is ... do they only order one piece at the time?
Now I have to wait another week before receiving 2 chairs, and have to go and pick it up my self, since their service is unreliable. When asked fore refund on delivery they refused and hung up on me?
Sears Canada should look into hiring people who are willing to do their Customer Service job RIGHT.
I will tell everyone I know and post every blog I can advising people against making any purchase with SEARS CANADA.
