On 02/04/2010 I purchased a Kenmore clothes dryer at the Sears store in Alpharetta, GA. The salesman told me about the $75.00 rebate and gave me the necessary paperwork to submit the rebate request. On 02/10/2010 I submitted the rebate information online. I have copies of all the paperwork. Well it is now 04/29/2010 and still no rebate. Now I have found all of these complaints and I doubt that I will ever receive the rebate. I have contacted them at their rebate site and haven't received a response. Rest assured that I will not let this drop. I will be in the store tomorrow to talk with a manager that can give me some satisfaction or tell me whom to contact to get this matter settled. It is very disappointing to read how Sears has treated their valued customers. This will be the last thing I ever purchase from Sears and I will tell all of my family and friends not to shop at Sears unless I receive my rebate. What is this world coming to when a major company like Sears misleads their customers?
