I ordered a drill from Sears (http://www.sears.ca/product/craftsman-md-192-v-reversible-drill-driver-with-flashlight/609-000227850-22707). It arrived very worn and very used. It was extremely dirty, even the bag it arrived in was filthy! The box was old and falling apart! The tool had oil and rust all over it and it didn't work. I was upset, it was a present for my husband's birthday and I didn't end up having anything to give him! The customer service was terrible! I have to go out of my way and return it by postal service! The customer service is horrible and said I can return it to a store. I live in a rural location and had to drive a distance to return it to get there and they refused to take it and said I had to mail it back! I had to pay $36 to mail it back!
It is over a week since it was suppose to arrive and I still haven't been credited for the return! They can not even tell me on the phone when I will be credited because they need to track the item. They are very useless and do not care at all about there customers.
DO NOT ORDER FROM SEARS ONLINE OR CATALOG IF YOU HAVE TO RETURN THE ITEM IT IS A ROYAL PAIN! I am highly dissatisfied. I REFUSE TO BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM AGAIN!
