Credit card not reimburst
Bought new LG Refrigerator from sears online 11/14/2010. Delivered 11/16/2010. Frig never got cold. Repairman came out and advised us to have it swap out for another new on. This happen 11/27/10. Had same issue frig would not go below 45 degrees. Called Sears and they said they would send another one out. I refused and had defective frig picked up on 12/05/10. Afer several calls asking about the cridit to be put back on my credit card I was told this takes 7 to 10 days. Well after 10 days still did not receive my credit, called back the 800-697-4313. I asked for Norma as she told me to speak to hear again if my credit did not show up. I was told she would call me back(never happen) Called again today and was told they would resubmit my credit and it will take another 7 to 10 days.The frustration my family and I had, from not having a working refrigerator for three weeks was overwhelming, we lost food our Thanksgiving was ruined, now more frustration trying to get my hard earned money back from a SEARS. I feel like they do not care about my issue and not resolving this issue anytime soon. I will never shop at SEARS again and will retell my experience to as many people as possibe.
