IN NOVERBER OF 2009 I PURCHASED A PAIR OF GLASSES FROM SEAR IN JOPLIN MO. THINKING IT WAS A GOOD BUY . AND THE CLERKS SEEMED CAPABLE.(BOY WQAS I WRONG) BUT AFTER THE WAIT OF TWO WEEKS I CALLED AND THE GIRL HAD THE WRONG PHONE NUMBER DOWN SO I WENT OVER TO GET MY NEW GLASSES. AT THE TIME I TOLD THE WOMEN THAT THE FIT WAS WRONG BUT WAS TOLD I WOULD ADJUST TO THEM . SO FOR 5 MONTHS I WOULD DRIVE BACK TO JOPLIN TO GET A ADJUSTMENT EVERY OTHER WEEK NOW MY GOOD DEAL IS STARTING TO COST AND THE GLASSES STILL DO NOT FIT . SO SHE GOT IT APPROVED FOR ME TO NOW SPEND 80.00 MORE DOLLARS ON WARRENTY AND A EXCHANGE STILL THE SAME WOMEN ADJUSTED THEM (WHAT THE LUCK TO GET HER AGAIN ) MY GOOD DEAL SUCKS AND AFTER WEARING GLASSES FOR OVER 40 YEARS I THINK I WOULD KNOW IF THE FIT IS NOT RIGHT. SO TO MAKE THIS LONG STORY SHORTER I WILL NOT RECOMMEND ANY ONE GO TO SEARS YOUR CLERKS DO NOT KNOW HOW TO DO THEIR JOBS ANY I HAVE LEARNED A EXPENISE LESSON BECAUSE NOW I HAVE TO GET NEW ONES AGAIN.
