Bought a remanufactured kenmore elite 2years ago. Had trouble within a month. Overheating, cutting off. Then it quit all togeather. Service man came, ordered wrong part, other was not bad. 3 weeks without our productg. /went rite back to same problem. Another repair man came. had to order a part that was left out to start with when it was rebuilt. 2 1/2 weeks down again. Up and running for a while. 2 times it started to spark on turn table rotor, stopped on its on. 3 days ago it started worse. Then it wouldn't stop. Called service, told it would cost me the entire amount to repair. Not fair. Asked to replace it the second time they sent the service man out. I maybe wrong because I feel this problem is directly related to the heat problem from before. I will see what you will do about this be fore making any calls or contacting the Burlington BBB. No threats, juststating my case and the facts. I have used Sears/craftsman since my Dad and Mom intruduced them to me 55 years ago. Have allways used only these products. Not if we can reach a solution favorable to both. Chek my tools, appliances in my house and the same for my kids. I just don't have the money for this hassle as I am a disabled veteran on ss on do not have any extra money. Thats my sob story. Thanks, JW
