I puchased an extended warranty on my washers i bought from sears and they have had to come out a few times. I told them it was for a business and that we do laundry for 17 Cabins which are not rented out all the time at the same time. Each time they have had to come fix them it takes 2 weeks to come out then they have to order parts. Well the part comes in then it takes another 2 weeks for them to come back out to fix it only to find only half the parts came in or the part that came in is the wrong part. My washing machine has been down for way over a month and i can't have it down that long. I called the repair service to complain and they just kept transfering me to different departments putting me on hold and waiting only to go through the whole story again and be transfered to a different department. After the 3rd transfer i was so aggrivated fom being on the phone so long i just hung up. I don't think i will buy a sears product again.
