February 15, 2011. I have a kitchen aide electric drop in range under warranty. End of January I called the repair dept. because the oven would not go off after cooking. We had to go into our basement and shut down the main circut breakers. This could have been a serious problen had I not noticed the oven wasn't off. This same problem happpend in 2009 as well. Sears replaced the electronic panel..Now its happenend again. my appointment with Sears was February 9th, they never came or called. I called them, they said they had no techs in my area for that day...so we all know Seras sub-contracts their repairs out...they gave me another circle jerk appointment for tomarrow February 16. Today Sears left a voice generated message saying they are not coming & call the repair dept to set up another appt. The next one is February 28, 2011. It has been 3 weeks since I had a stove. So tired & discusted with Sears & their repairs. I have purchased many appliances for my other real Estate over the years. Sears get with the program people are not happy out there including me. Waiting a reply before I go to the media.
