I purchased a refridgerator put it in a rental unit and did not realize that it was not working property. 6 months in, once i had a tenant they reported it as broken and the Sears torture started.
They came out a few times, some of the technicians said it was unrepairable to begin with, but they were told to keep ordering parts.
they must have spend $1200 for a $350 refridgerator.
Eventually the tenant moved out and i started calling them again, came out a few times, they said it was unrepairable and now they are saying they wont reimburse me because it is out of warranty when it did not work when they were trying to repair it when it was in warranty... someone should sue them... One Sourse was the "customer service" # i had to call and got no result or understanding that this problem was created while the refridgerator was in warranty and never fixed. They kept saying that it was out of warranty like a broken record.
Also refused to give the number of the legal department or the person who receives lawsuits for them in my area.
