I will surely share my disappointing experience with all my friends and relatives
I called the 1-800 number and scheduled an appointment for July 26th Sunday @ 3pm at the Sears Portrait studio at Fair Oaks Mall., VA. Then I get a call from the store asking me to reschedule as they cannot accommodate us as there is only one person at the studio. They said the 1-800 customer service has not idea of the schedules at the store. But I don’t get the time I want so I had to cancel. Then I called the 1-800 number again and this time I scheduled for July 26th @ 4pm at the Sears store at Dulles Town Center. Just to double-check/confirm my schedule I call the Sears Store at Dulles Town Center and left a voice message asking them to call me back to confirm. No one called us back. We go to the studio @ 4:08pm and since we are 8 min late and there was someone scheduled for 4:30 had arrived before us we were denied service. I said we will wait until the party who arrived before us are done and we can go after them but even then we were denied services. We had a 5 month old baby and it would not be easy for another time and requested to accommodate us after the other party was done but it was of no use. We were told ours was a 1 hour session and that they close at 5pm. If they close at 5pm how did they even schedule someone at 4:30 for another 1 hr session? On the whole, it was a very very disappointing and unsatisfactory experience. It was very unprofessional of the agent at the store. I will never again shop at Sears. I have now rescheduled our photo/portrait session for our baby at JCP. I will surely share my disappointing experience with all my friends and relatives.

Deliverer rebate
I bought a matree at Sears, Richmond, CA 94806 in Nov 2009, received it in the begining of Dec 2009, and mailed the required rebate on 12/3/2009. Two month ago, I called the number on the rebate form. A gentment talked with me. I was told it takes 8+ week to process, and asked me to call back if not received then. Yesterday, I called the same number, I was told there is no information for my rebate. My call is transfered to different services. The result is: no information in their system; passed the dealine--30 day after purchace, they cannot help. I have the copies of the mailed rebate information, and the original receipt. It is still useless.

At sears, if their cannot find the information, I lost money. It is unfair. Maybe Sears do it inpurpose

Damage to Door Frame
Make a claim on Feb. 7, 2010. Talked to Lisa Hemphill she said she would take care of this. Lisa won't respond to her email nor has made any attempt to help us!!! Would like this issue resolved!!!

This is in regards to false advertisement called super saver card.
Sears took $200.00 and told us we can take pictures daily.

They have changed their mind after once we started actually using that card.

Super saver card is not really a deal at all.

keeps sending me broken treadmills
I bought a Nordictrack x7i incline trainer Feb. 16th 2010. My first one came the following Tuesday. The delivery team that came out broke the machine. It clearly states on the manual do not use power tools to assemble, and what did the guys do? Grinded their power tools and broke all kinds of pieces. So I called the store and told them what happened and they said they would have a new one sent right away. Well I received another one that was broken around the screws around the end caps of the frame. Called again and I keep hearing we will order a new one. Needless to say I am on my 7th one no one gets back to me except to tell me we have ordered another one. The 6th one I received was not even the model I ordered. I thought about just getting my money back but now its about principal of it now. How can sears get away with something like that? I think I may have to consult a lawyer because everyone I have dealt with is a complete idiot. Don't ever buy anything from sears they are rude and treat you like anything that goes wrong is Your fault. I will never again buy from them, and will probably spit on any sears store I come across.

i bought a refrigerator a little less than 2 years ago an lowes jest took it i have been saving for a new one sence one year and 10 days it broke i called customer service they told me they could sell me a plan that would cover any repairs for over $200 that's half of a new one than they said they could have some one come out for $75 and look at it and pay for the parts to have it fixed and it still would come out to be about the same as the plan it all about the plan i paid $600 for the unit and you want me to spend more i am not rich it took me a year to save for that one i had my food in coolers during the winter so i could keep saving to buy the refrigerator are these things only good for a year and 10 days that is sad so i went on at that point and started to save again and i kept the thing going by this whole procsses that i am not going to get into so yesterday lowes took the junker and now i have a new one the service i got was the best the savings and customer rating was all some no way was i giving sear any more of my hard earned money why is what i do not understand why do you not stand behind your product lowes is and dose

ORDER WAS NOT DELIVERED
I ORDERED 2 ADJUSTING HAND CRANKS FOR A SEARS TABLE SAW, THEY WERE TO BE DELIVERED ON MARCH 15TH. IT IS NOW THE 23RD AND HAVE NOT RECIEVED THEM YET.

Refund
I put a 55 inch Samsung LCD televion on layaway on February 26 with a scheduled pick up date of March 25th. I made an initial payment of $700 and a second payment of $700. I was to pay the balance on the 25th of March and pick up my television. I received a telephone call on Saturday stating that the system kicked my tv out and cancelled the contract for some reason. The salesman, Jason Webber wanted to know if I had called and requested that it be cancelled. He said he would get it fixed and get back to me. I did not hear from him anymore so stopped by the store today, which is 2 days later. They told me that Jason quit to move to Arizona but the manager was aware of my account. The manager came out to tell me that the television was no longer available and that is why the layaway was cancelled. I said ok, then give me back my money and I would go purchase it from Best Buy. He said I would get a check in the mail in about 10 business days. I told him that it didn't take 10 days to pull the $1400 out of my account and that was unacceptable. He gave me the number to customer relations in which I spoke with the manager Kirstin in Texas 1-800-549-4505. Kirstin said it is actually 6-8 weeks before I would receive my refund because they would have to send me a check. That is even worst. I asked who I could complain to further because I needed my refund immediately. She told me I could write to corporate in Iowa but there is nothing that anyone could do to help me because it is their policy. I need assistance with getting a refund for the money that I gave Sears in good faith to provide and product. Why should I suffer or have to wait because they could not provide the product that I requested.

Refridgerator Delivery
I Purchased my Refridgerator on March 3rd i was told thats it would be delivered today march 17th. i receieved an automated call last night around 6pm informing me i was scheduled for a home delivery from 1:45-3:45. I, being a single Parent took the time to take work off to be at home for my fridge. When i called at 3:50 due to a no show for my two hour time frame sears claimed someone called me at 10 am that morning to reschedule and they didnt give me a specific reason when i asked, Also i told the sears represenative that ive been awake since 8am and have had my phone by me the entire morning due to the fact i was waiting on business calls. never once did i get a call. I'm very upset because if they knew they wouldnt be able to follow through with the appointment i should have not recieved a call the night before the 17 saying someone was coming to delivery. I feel i should get something for my problems. this is very diappointing considering my parents and i buy from Sears Co. for years. Im a very disatisfied customer and now im told i have to wait another two weeks til the 29th on a monday let me add and again i will have to take off work. This mistake that unacceptable, is going to cost me about $600 in payroll...but then again this doesnt concern you cause you arent ME. This is Bull Crap and quit frankly im pissed off!!!

i have an issue with my tire .i have road hazard warranty .sears wiil not replace my tire one employee says there is a blemish .manager walks over tells him he would have to order tire from another store says its not enough of an issue so will not replace tire why did i purchase the additional warranty, why am i paying for something that they will not honor...
