Dec. 16, 2008, We purchased a refridgeator from the local Sears store, with the $75 delivery charge to be refunded in 6-8 weeks. None received. Went to complain to the store and was told it would take 12 weeks. Made four trip[s to store and each time was told a different story. Four months later the dept manager was told to resubmit the info again, which we did. Now I receive a card stating ----This ticket already submitted.
Now this ticket has been submitted twice in a four month period, but still don't have my rebate. How much will it cost Sears to come to Small claims court?
