I had an appointment on the 14th of may for a repair on my fridge, i was told to be there between 8am and 5pm. The technician called me at 5:15pm to inform me that he will not be making it because he is too busy and that he will see my next week sometime. i then called the 1800 number and they told me that the dispatcher will call me with in one hour, they did not call. I called back on the 16th because i did not hear anything. They informed me that my appointment is now June 14th, one month after the original appointment. i do not think its far to keep me waiting at my house all day and not show and call after 5 and get put at the end of the appointment list one month later. You have been out here numerous time for this appliance, i think its time to replace the appliance because it is a lemon and it is upsetting to have something of less quality. please contact me at [email protected] or the phone number given.
