After buying the items and PAYING for them on June 5th, I got the order confirmation and the 6 - 8 business days for delivery. I am in Brazil and have a friend on vaccation in Miami from June 6th to 16th. I asked that the items be delivered to her c/o the hotel where she is. Yesterday, on a live chat, and today also, I had the confirmation that "THEY DID NOT HAVE THE ITEM AT THE WAREHOUSE", so they were goingo to ask a store to send the item to this warehouse and ask UPS to pick it up and deliver it to Miami. They don't have a clue when this is going to happen. My friend leaves Miami for Brazil tomorrow and so, I am not going to have my items. The thing is: They INSIST ON DISPLAYING THE ITEM ON THEIR WEBSITE and CONTINUE INFORMING A "VIRTUAL" SHIPMENT 6-8 BUSINESS DAYS. Suprprinsingly, they DO NOT KNOW WHICH STORE HAS THE ITEMS, THEY DO NOT HAVE A UPS TRACKING NUMBER, THEY CAN'T SEND "OVERNIGHT SHIPPING" (time still would allow that IF THEY HAVE THE ITEMS - Do you believe so?)
BUT DON'T. THEY SIMPLY IGNORED MY BEGGING SO I WOULD STILL HAVE MY "PAID" ITEMS, AND SAID THAT "WHENEVER UPS GETS THERE AND FIND OUT THAT NO ONE IS THERE TO SIGN UP FOR THE DELIVERY, THEY WILL CONTACT ME VIA E-MAIL" and so I decide what to do. This is what I am getting as a souvenir from the States: "BARE HANDS". and THIS IS sears: DISRESPECTFUL AND AMAZINNGLY UNPROFESSIONAL - An attitude of a company which we call here in Brazil, "FROM THE REAR OF THE BACKYARD". I'm UPSET AND MOST OF ALL FRUSTRATED. Thanks to sears!
