needs repair, he never showed
Apparently you aren't to concerned about my problems with scheduling to get this problem resolved. I called the number below and got a guy on the phone who is not my recovery case manager just the guy who answered the phone next who could care less if this problem is resolved or not. I told i have already taken a whole day off work which I can not afford and the tech never showed up. I said if you can give me a 4 hour window i can beg for anotehr half day off but not another whole one. He said nope can't do it, only 8 hour appointments, i said can you give me to someone with more authority to get this matter solved, he said no this is the highest person to talk to, he is the solutions person. Your solutions person isn't doing such a great job cuz i am very disasappointed. I asked him since you can't get someone there to fix it can I jsut return it and go to lowes and buy one. He said no so now i will have to find someone else to write to about this, I have already written consumer affairs there must be some other higher organization that will help me get this resolved since you won't . I will also call the better business bureau and report it. I don't know what else to do Sears has really left a bad taste in my mouth.

well I have to tell you I am not impressed with Sears what so ever. for
years every appliance I have ever bought has been a kenmore, never
again. with not being able to get service for my new washer, then I get
this email and have called twice now and can't seem to get any one from
your legal department to return my calls either. Maybe you should just
come and get your washer and dryer set give me my money back and I will
buy them from someone more reputable who will actually show up to fix
them when an all day appointment is scheduled. I absolutely cannot take
another whole day off work for someone to come and fix this washer and
if it burns my house down I will really be ticked.

Incident = I bought a new frigidaire washer and dryer in march of this
year. I did much research before buying these products and thought I
picked a good brand. My washer is making such an awful noise now that I
can't stand it so I called sears repair since it is still udner
warranty. They scheduled me an appointment for monday october 12th from
8-5. I asked them can't they give me a better time frame than all day,
she said the technician will call you the evening before to tell you an
approximate time. I never got a call, took the whole day off work so
that I didn't miss him. By 11 still no guy or call so I called sears
they said they would have him call me. I called back later in the
afternoon, still no repairman. After 3 phone calls and no return call
finally at 6pm I was leaving and the phone rang. the repairman said he
was on his way, I said sorry it's to late. You already cost me a whole
days pay, who is going to compensate me for that? He said he would call
! to sche
dule me a new appointment I said no I will do that myself. Sears repair
just called me to reschedule and I said I have to have a set time or at
least a 2 hour window, I can't take another day off, I work two jobs as
it is to make it so I can't take another day off. She said we only
schedule 8-5 I said that just won't do, I already gave you one 8-5 and
my washer still isn't fixed. I think it is horrible that they can treat
you this way. You buy from a reputable company thinking you can get
service when you need it and still no. Is there anything I can do, I
have searched thw whole sears website and there is no place to send a
complaint and anyone at repair just says they are sorry, sorry doesn't
make for the lost days pay.
Damage Resulting = I lost a whole days pay and now I will have to take
another whole day off for them to come, if they show up this time.
