I have been a customer with sears for over 30 years have always purchased the extended plan with anything i bought me and my husband purchased a home 4 years ago which had Kenmore appliances in it after 1 and a half years the ovens temperature cover melted from cleaning the oven i was told by a sears service man that came out but it could not be fixed as the year warranty was over well you would think that a Kenmore appliance would last longer than that or at least the company would fix or replace it but needless to say you didn't.Well now after 4 years of a refrigerator now that has gone out and that to me is just not right but i have went to our sears store and talked to the manager there and of course got the same answer the man gave me that was here for repairs well what ever happen to the old sears motto we stand behind what we sell? I think the problem that I have is that these appliances are not old at all and you would think that you would get at least 10 or more years out of Kenmore, oh well just thought you would want to here from a dissatisfied customer. I guess my days of being a good customer has ended because I will never purchase anything from you again and I'm sure you really don't care because I'm like that man said only a customer and if they replaced or fixed all complaints that came through that sears would be out of business, but by treating your customers the way you do now you may be out of business anyway.
