We were promised work would be completed within a week.
Base kitchen cabinets completed within two days on Thurs. July 2, 2009. Counter top template has yet to be measured.
Very difficult to get answers from any of the representatives.
Initial installer had called first day on the job to expedite the counter installation job in order to get the process moving and we had to call on Monday 7/5/09 .
Where is the project coordinator on this job?. The template should have been done on Fri. July 3, 2009.
We were informed that the best they can do is schedule an appointment for mesuring counters on Thursday evening 7/9/9, and that the counter should be completed by Thursday 7/16/9. This does not include the installation, making this a 3 week delay without a sink during our vacation from work.
