Where to begin? First of all, hire people that speak good enough English that we can understand each other. I got real sick of this non-English speaking person saying "I understand" when she didn't have a CLUE. I specifically told her that our washing maching had frozen in the winter freeze and was shooting water out the back and had been moved to the patio as we had water damage. She informed me a man would be out in a week. No problem...yet!
Then the man can't find our address...no wonder, the woman I "tried" to speak with put our address as JackWire when it was Jaguar. The guy shows up and says "well I need to hook it to a hose" I say "No problem, I'll grab it" to which he retorts "oh, that won't work because they are two female connections" (Mind you, I am a 50 yr. old housewife and I knew it would work) so I say "Let's try just for kicks"...of course it works and he says "oh, I don't know what I was thinking" (HE WASN'T). Then he turns it on, says "Yep, I don't carry those parts", but I will order them. You'll have it in 10 days...I've already been a week. After he takes a partial payment I go to all lengths to contact the main part center in El Cajon to see if the part can be expedited. I'm told one, they have to MAKE the part (are you kidding me???) and two, since the order has already been put in they can't change anything.
Here we are 10 days later and I get a call from another (NON ENGLISH COMPREHENDING person)who says they can't work on the part unless someone is there. She tells me they can't work on the machine unless someone is there even though the machine is on the patio with the part and the remainder of the money owed inside the machine drum. I say "how come the repairman said it wouldn't be a problem since we work?" NOPE...not their policy. So, needless to say... I will NEVER EVER buy another product from Sears!!
Got to make the part...GIVE ME A BREAK!!
