I contacted sears to have winter tires installed on 11/22/2010. I had called early in the morning, and the sales person took my auto info and we decided on a set of two tires. They said they had them in stock. Later that day, 1 hour before I was to go to sears, I called again to verify they had the tires. the sales person said they had them. I went to the store to have the tires installed. During the process of checking in, the sales person said they had 3 tires available, and I only want two. When they went to check for the tires, they could only find one. They said sorry and offered no solution to their misquote. They just said try another store, and they would not even help me to locate the tires at another store. Consequently, I had wasted a 40 mile trip to Sears, the gas involved to drive there, and worse yet my time. Sears has the least respect for their customers time, like it was no effort on my part to come to their store.
