my neighbor and I bought washing machine from Sears 10/18 and were assured we would qualify for rebate on the 79 delivery charge( i could have had my son do it for free). besides the fact they could not get the hoses off my old one( my son did in 5 minutes) now they say we do not qualify for rebate, washer was under 399 by 40 dollars. even ths the salesperson said that was not a problem. have been trying to e mail customer service but keep getting the same form letter back
