I bought a Sears Craftsman 26 inch electric snow blower on 21 December 2008. Itr was used twice last winter, then stored in garage until this January. The snow blower will not start, and the starter appears faulty. Sears considers this a "carry-in" item and if they have to come to our house to repair it, I will be charged $100.00 call out fee plus parts, etc. The snow blower is 56 inches long, 45 inches tall and 25 inches wide. It is so heavy that it takes two strong men to lift it, and there is no way to get into a car. To consider all snow blowers equal and therefore a "carry-in" item is wrong. The unit is under warranty and impossible for me to get to the store. There policy is outrageous
