Unauthorised charges
I did the trial for the mugs and the two bags of coffe and cancelled the membership right after the order arrived. 6 months later I was charged $79.00 for two bags of coffe that I did not order. I returned the bags and called to fix the problem. They said that my funds would be returned to me within 72 hours. Guess what, that did not happen and I have not been able to talk to anyone since. I have called at least two times a day for the last month and even left messages as they suggest. Stll no responce and no refund. Today I go to the website and it is down sayning they are not taking any new orders. I think I have been screwed, but I'm no quiter. I want my money back.

false charge
False charge from seattle coffee direct. 79.00 LISTED AS SHOPCOFFEDIRECT.COM
This company the first time around said mugs and some coffeee for 5.00. LIES. I cancelled. They said more coffee was already shipping, and said just dont sign it. They shoved it in my mailbox. I paid the fee and called and complained again. They said they would cancel my account.
Looks like they keep my CC info anyways.
The rep gave me a story and said it would take 2 months to refund my money which i know is bull. Said to contact my bank to get it done quickly.
Also gave me the SAME story as before stating if I do recieve more coffeee, just dont sign for it. I told him what happened last time. He had nothing to say.

Did not fulfill promotional offer for $5.00 to 2 bags of coffee and a grinder and charged $25.00 to my card on Apr 2
Continues to send 2 bags several times per week unauthorize
Submits charges to credit card for unauthorized shipments $38.95 each;there are 3 unauthorized charges for Apr 5, apr 10 and Apr 13 for coffee not ordered on current statement
No email or mail to request type of coffee to ship and ships coffees I did not and have not nor ordered and would not order
Sent a type in the promo offer that I did not order because I do not like

unauthorized shipments
I did a survey and began to get samples of coffee, and now they won't stop. They are hard to reach by phone. I don't want or need any more coffee and want them to stop..AD
