I did the trial as well, and was sent 4 shipments within a month's time. Each shipment was debited on my account at $38.95 each time. I called and followed their directions and shipped two bags back to them (this cost me an additional $10) and I refused another shipment.
They received the returned shipment that I sent on May 11, 2009. I called, gave them the tracking number and they confirmed receipt. It is now July 13, 2009 and I have still NOT received the refund that I was promised.

I keep getting the same old answer...It didn't go through, it will be an additional 7-10 business days. I am so sick of hearing this. I even asked for a manager one time, was told she was in a meeting and would return my call. She left a message 7 days ago that it would be ...u guessed it...7-10 business days...I called July 13, 2009 to confirm that the refund was being processed, and guess what I was told...I will speak to my supervisor and they will manually process this refund and it will take an additional 3-5 business days...if I have to call them daily or hourly I will do so. I have filed complaints with the IL BBB, Attorney General's office, filed complaints here and on rip off report.
My next call is to the FTC and the Evanston Chamber of Commerce. I will then start contacting the local news and News papers in their area. Maybe if enough people complain they will be made to conduct a professional business or either close!

I will give them a couple of hours from this post before I contact the FTC and Chamber. If I do not hear from them in that amount of time, I will be making those calls!

This could all be avoided if you would just refund my money. I am unemployed and need my money!
