I too, unfortunately, fell for the two pounds of coffee for $5 each and free mugs and insulated mugs. I recieved the coffee--whole beans instead of ground. The day I tried to call to correct error I received another shipment. I asked to cancel and they were going to ship me ground instead. Within a week I received 3 more shipments. I called and they said I signed up to recieve coffee weekly. When I told them I had already called and canceled, they told me they had no record of my call and orders are sent from warehouse and by the time I called they shipements were already on their way?! I was told to return the shipments I didn't want for refund. No refund after a month. Today, I got another shipement from a company called Cafe Saporito. Guess what--I checked my credit card and it is the same company. Only this time, I am being charged $79 for two pounds of coffee!!! I will definately be pursuing BBB, my bank, and anyone else who can help. This complany has a long list of names it does business with and has been around over 10 years!!!??? look on BBB site to see entire list of names, phone numbers and addresses. post if you have any luck getting them to stop shippments or if you get your refunds. It sounds like most people aren't getting a dime back. The BBB gives them a D+.
