On September 2009 I wanted to try their flavored tea i paid for shipping for a trial.I was supposed to have 2 weeks to try the tea.
5 days later, my credit card was charged $39.73 for tea I have not even received yet. I have been trying to get a refund from the middle of September
of 2009. Now it is January 27, 2010. I have been told that I would get this money back on my new card, it did not show up. the lady named Olivia,
told me she would call me back in 7 business days to check if I had received the refund. She did not call back and I did not receive the refund.
When I try to get a hold of Olivia, She is either at lunch or is busy on another line or some other excuse. she has not returned any of my calls.
I then was told that I would receive a check in the mail 7 to 10 business days later. It has been 2weeks and still no refund. This is ridiculous.
I have been trying to get a hold of these people every day for 4or 5 hours at a time and still don't get a hold of anyone. I get a message saying all representatives are currently assisting other
customers please stay on the line and a representative will be with you shortly. After about 2 minutes another message says, your call is very important
to us please continue to hold until our representatives is finished assisting other customers. Thank you for holding, we appreciate your call. Unfortunately
all our representatives are currently assisting other customers. please leave a message and a representative will return your call as soon as possible.
They don't return the calls! This is completely unacceptable! I will never do business with this company ever again.
