ordered two pounds got ten, returned eight six months ago, , nothing other than rhetoric and bullshit.

IN JULY OF 2009 I ordered a intro package for $3.00 consisting of 2 different coffees, and gave them my credit card # their terms were:

If I liked the coffee, every month or so the would send me 2 packs of coffee and charge it to my credit card. If I didn't like it I could cancel at anytime.
I received my first order... and every TWO TO THREE DAYS I WAS RECEIVING ANOTHER ORDER AND THEM CHARGING IT TO MY CREDIT CARD.. by the time I got thru by phone {many calls and many hours on hold]
AND THEM CHARGING $138.oo to my credit card. They told me that that sometimes happens & just take it to the postoffice, mark 'RETURN TO SENDER' and when they received them they would credit the moneies to my credit card. . They sent me 4 shipments and charged me for six. I mailed back the 4 in August 2009 and have NOT BEEN CREDITED THE REFUND. Although it would have left a bitter taste in my mouth...I should have kept the coffee...at least I would have got something for my money. Till this day, once or twice a week, I still try getting thru to the company...no such luck

I received a box of coffee and a coffee container in the mail. I have never ordered any such product from this cafe???. I have not received my credit card bill this month but I am sure there will be a charge on it. I have tried repeatedly to call the above number to complain but no one ever answers the phone.

I will do a charge back if it appears on any statement. How do I get this to stop?????

They started shipping four orders of coffee in one week and charging our card. We called in September 2009 and cancelled the subscription and sent them back their coffee per their instructions. We were promised our refund by November 15, 2009. We did not receive it so we called on November 20, 2009 and they said it had been posted that day and we should have it in seven to ten business days. We still have not received it. They will not let us speak with a supervisor. They will not return voice messages left on their phones. They are obviously not a reputable business.

After realizing that Seattle Coffee was charging $43.00 a pound for coffee, I canceled my account in July, 2009.
I recieved a confirmation number and had to eat the July shipment. In November 2009, I was reviewing my bank
statement and noticed a $ 79 dollar charge from this company.After numerous attempts, I finnally contacted thier
so-called customer service dept. on November 24th, and was assurred that the refund would be posted to my Visa Card.
To date (12-03-09), no refund has been recieved! I notified my Bank and attempted to stop the payment, buy was advised
that once the charge has been posted, the transaction can not be reversed. Addtionally, I was not able to change my Visa
number, because if by some action by Seattle Coffee was forthcoming or Some Act of God, the refund would be charged to
that card number.
For $79.00. I may have to eat this charge, however, I am going to file charges of "Theft by Deception" against this rip-off
outfit.
