over shipping
i was ordering on line i was dropped before completeing. i was sent the special offer, the next day a order 39.70 two days later another. i called trying to stop this they had sent 6 orders. customer service(joke) said i had enroled on a two week cycle. when i got my credit card i was billed on9/13 and 9/17 which i accept even though they never confirn in any why the accoount was set up these had no invoices in them.n then on9/21 euro coffee express & 9/25 each for 39.70..then on9/29 ultimate bean cafe for 39.70 then10/2 coffee max direct for 39.70. their billing thru different names so the credit card would not send a red flag by the dates you see are these 2 weeks apart i think not. vivian dahlgren

one time fee
Did a onlines survey for 2 lbs coffee, 2 mugs, and 2 travel mugs for a one time fee of $5.00. Right i got that shipment and when balancing check book due to fact I used a Debt card I found a charge for $25.00 and then 2 days later found another charge for $38.95 with this all coming out of my checking account which other checks I wrote this caused overdrafts this costs me 3 @ $27.00 each. I was able to get ahold of a rep. that told me to refuse the next shipment by writing refused on package and take to postoffice there I was told it had to go UPS and around and around took me 3 days to get rid of that package. Then on top of that the coffee taste like crap

unsolicited charges to my credit card
I too purchased coffee through their company. Cancelled the membership and a couple of months later I noticed the charged my credit card for another shipment. When the shipment arrived I refused it and called the company demanding the money back on my card. They said they would do it immediately. It's been 3 weeks and I have called them every week for the money to be put back on my card and always another excuse.

overcharged
I see I am not the only one who was scammed by this coffee ad. Five items for $5 turned out to be $25 and now they are trying to get me again for something I did not order or want. This will be the last time.

unauthorized charges
Responded to an online promo offer for free mugs, travel cups and sample coffee. only charge was to be shipping. Within 2 weeks I have been charged on my account over $100.00. With so many others having the same complaint, it seems there is the legitimate shown cause for a class action lawsuit against this company.

Excess charges!
I foolish ordered the Coffee Grinder and 2 pkgs of coffee and was charged $34.00. Several days later I received another charge for $48.95 - I don't even know what this charge is for!! How do I stop this? There has not been time to even receive any coffee products from them.

Unauthorized charges
Be careful of on-line promotions that are too good to be true. I am one of the thousands of unsuspecting customers that signed up for Seattle Coffee's $9.00 promotion for 2-12oz. bags of coffee beans and a Cuisinart Coffee Grinder. I just checked my Visa card balance on-line and found out so far I have been charged $34.00 for the "so called $9.00 promotion" and there is a pending charge for I don't know what in the amount of $36.95. I called the credit card company to complain about the overcharge and fraudulent charges. The lady with B fo A was very sympathetic and recommended that I not cancel my credit card and for me to call the billing dispute department first thing in the morning. I will refuse all future shipments from Seattle Coffee and let them flip the dime for the return shipping charges. If Seattle Coffee likes to play games, they picked the wrong person to play games with. Good luck to anyone that is in the same boat that I am in. Sincerely, Tom Wilson
