Anyone having scam dealings with Seattle Direct Coffee, be advised if you report them to the Better Business Bureau & Illinois Attorney General, you may get a refund for everything they have charged. Much, much to my surprise, I have discovered refunds for the $25.00 introductory fee & $48.95 (x2) for 2 shipments of coffee. I have been refunded $122.95 for this experience. So anyone that wants to go as far as reporting them to the Better Business Bureau & the Illinois Attorney General you may get a satisfactory result as I did.

This was an introductory offer for two bags of coffee and a grinder for $9.00. I paid using PayPal. To my BIG SURPRISE they have directly deducted from my bank account two amounts that I have no idea what are for and I DID NOT AUTHORIZE of $34.00 and $38.95. I have attempted to phone this company during their business hours, and no one can be reached....what a surprise. I have now left a message in an attempt to correct this error and recoup MY MONEY. The coffee is not even good to me and I will ever so gladly return it . As a matter of fact the coffee smells like cat urine when it is ground and brewing, not really to my liking. I am thoroughly disgusted with the product and the company practices. They are highly unethical and I would advise that this company be investigated...Might I also request that if they offer a refund ... They give me access to their bank account and I will simply TAKE what I think THEY OWE ME... It works for me...Thanks so much...

This company is charging me for coffee that I have not received for 2 months. But they continue to charge to my checking account. The number that they have listed is not even working.

Ordered 2 bags of coffee plus "free" coffee grinder for $9.95. They charged my ATM card $34.00 for this, plus signed me up for their "coffee club" and in the past month have charged my ATM card $38.95 for 2 lbs. of coffee TWICE! I called the company and they canceled my membership. My bank advised that I cancel my ATM card to stop the charges. I filed a fraud report with the bank and they gave me a temporary credit for the two $38.95 charges while they investigate. DON'T GET HOOKED BY THESE CROOKS!

Like the other person listing on this site, I foolishly signed up for two lbs of coffee and a grinder for $9.99... imagine my surprise when, like that other person, I was charged $34 and, like them, have received two more shipments in the space of one month. The base price is reasonable, but they kill you on shipping and handling...each shipment costing $34 for 2 lbs or less of coffee. I've called 4 times trying to get my name off their list, called my credit card company (who says I have to give them 30 days to give me credit on the original charge... while they continue to pile up further charges.

Please tell everyone you know, let's put these jerks out of business.
