Their specialists; i.e. cardiologists and others, are not available at their local locations. On December 31, I was presented a physician from this clinic, and they will not recommend specialists or others out of the Kelsey Sebold network, but promised availability at their local clinics. I need a hip replacement and did get a surgeon, but again I had to report to their mail campus location near the Medical Center which is quite far from my home. I am 71 and do not feel comfortable driving down to their Medical Center location. Now in the lab tests, my PCP reported an abnormal EKG saying I must have a consultation with a cardiologists who was location only at the St. Luke's Medical Towers Bldg. in the medical center. I cannot get there alone.

I took Medicare Insurance with the RX help and was promised medical care within my local area. This was a fraudulant claim. What can I do. My insurance advised me to call this doctor which I did and request an authorization to go to a specialist outside of the Kelsey Seybold network. I did this, but they have not returned my call. I did speak with their Patient Advocate who was very rude to me and told me he could not help me.

It seems they are drumming up business for their Medical Center physicians. My insurance did show one out here and when they phoned to check, this physician had moved to the Medical Center. Someone please help me. I do not have and have never needed a cardiologist every though I had a stroke last year. Needlessto say my hip surgery is no longer an option since I can't get to the physicians involved.

I would like to prevent others from taking insurance or physician options that leave them without doctors near to their vicinity.
