Secard Pools do not deliver as promised nor do they stand behind their products or workmanship. Never buy from these crooks. Poor experience. Spa took 5 mos to deliver after being promised 2 mos. Equipment never worked properly nor did they even try to resolve my issues. Bottom line I spent over $5000 for a spa that I was only able to use twice before it totally broke down. Had to hire and outside contractor and spend over $300 to make repairs on a new spa that Secard Pools of West Covina never even tried to make good. After 5 years of ownership Spa leaks water, heater doesn't work, pump doesn't work properly, filtration system doesn't filtrate, cosmetics came undone, stereo and speakers hasn't worked in years. Actually all these problems began with first year of ownership.
