Poor Service
We purchased a sectional couch from Mor Furniture for Less a little over a year ago. About a week before the warranty was up a few of the cushions started to sink, so we called the repair service center. They said they would come and pick up the couch piece by piece and each piece would take a few days to fix. Well, each piece took a week to fix and each time they brought back a piece either another cushion would be sinking or the one that was originally sinking would still be sinking. They had our couch for a week and gave it back with even more problems! We called and said that if they weren't able to fix it then we wanted a new couch. They said they would be able to give us a new couch (either the same one or a new style if we wanted) with a new warranty. We thought it over and decided to go with the same couch. We called to have one delivered and they set up a time. Then called back 5 minutes later and told us that if we wanted a warranty that we would have to get a different couch. So we found a babysitter and drove the 20 minutes to the store, just to find out that they were going to change the story again! They were going to replace the couch still, but with no warranty. So we went through all that hassle for nothing. The employees at the service center are untrained idiots, the employees that do the repairs have no craftsmanship skills whatsoever and unless you are spending money, none of them care about taking care of the customer. I will never return to this store ever again and would not recommend it to anyone. Its just not worth the hassle!
