cant remove it from my computer
I used to have secure resolutions anti virus scan on my computer but stopped using them and went with my free software from my Internet provider and when I want to get to install the free Mcafee it tells me that I have to uninstall secure resolution first. I tried but I cant delete it it wont let me what can I do please help.

Positive Fairness
I want to complain about the product I bought from them the other day. First of all there were no diskeets. When I called their support they were friendly enough and then they explained they were a web-based company and did everything over the Interent.
The gull of them, they even helped me uninstall my older anti-virus application and install their product from the Internet. I guess it worked. I was up and running in less than 5 minutes.
I did a scan, and found a few viruses on my computer. My older anti-virus applciation did not detect them. I was wondering why Secure Resolutions product detected them. Perhaps the automatic updates of new signature files are benefitting me on a daily basis.

I am happy with their Product & Services
I am a very happy customer. I have their product installed and it works.
I had to call their technical support line and they helped me solve my problem. The problem was an issue of Microsoft not updating their window script host file. Easley resolved.
This company is friendly and they took the time to explain their software so I could understand and save time in the future showing me how I can save on time and resources of managing multiple computers not just one computer.
Great product, Great service.

Don't buy from them
Secure Resolutions took my money back in February for a product that they promised I would have in 2 weeks. I AM STILL waiting. This has to be the worst software company on the planet. They won't give me my money back and keep making more promises that I'll have my anti-virus software "soon".
What a joke - they don't know what they're doing and they have a development team of 1 I think!
Don't buy Anti-Cybercrime from Secure Resolutions.
Don't buy ResolutionsMSP from Secure Resolutions.
Crooks! Inept! Full of Bugs!
This company has the nerve to call themselves cutting edge, leader in the market - BS! They don't have a Vista version and it's been out for over 2 years now.
Don't buy Secure Resolutions software.
