Akiba Miniefee along with Jason de la Cruz and James Hutchinson Jr. are all a bunch of con artists promising great deals on bank owned properties and insider trustee sale information. For a $10, 000 refundable 'consulting fee' per property, they promise to 'reserve' a property from useless spreadsheet lists of property addresses, descriptions and how much the banks would supposedly accept for the properties.

In addition, if you can't qualify for conventional financing, they say they can arrange private financing for an additional $2, 500. but it's all fraud. If that avenue doesn't work, for a few more thousand, they can also provide you with bogus Bulk REO tapes. IT'S ALL FRAUD. They do not know anybody at the Trustee's office, have a private investor to do private financing, or have they ever successfully closed any Bulk REO transactions. They just keep asking for 'consulting fees' in exchange for doing absolutely NOTHING.

As for refundable consulting fee, don't hold your breath. If you request your refund, that monkey Akiba just strings you along and makes empty promises to keep your hopes up that she will refund your money. She's allegedly just waiting for this or that deal to close to get funding, yada yada, yada... It's all B.S. Just Google that gorilla's name before you do any business with her or her cronies. I'm just sorry I couldn't find anything on her before I foolishly gave her my hard earned money. I believe there are others out there who have been duped by Akiba Miniefee; if so, report her to the authorities, too! Her name and her cronies' names have already been provided to the DA's office, so we wait because it's just a matter of time before she shows up in the news...
