This company lead me to believe that I had canceled service when in fact it was only a suspension of service
that it was an auto renewal annual contract it can only be canceled by sending in a written form
It is a 12 month agreement without approval or contact for approval it is a clause in the original contract
They were notified to cancel but a written letter was not sent and they continue to hold us to an alleged contract
I no longer have their equipment
I have been threaten by them if I do not pay they will turn over for collections
