Rogue virus
At 5 pm sharp, I was kicked out of Facebook, and security tools took over my computer. I was finally able to stop the popups. For the past 6 hours, I have installed Norton and Spyware Doctor and supposedly many of the Rogue, ad-ware, spy-ware, viruses were "fixed", deleted. After running the scans with Norton and Spyware Doctor, my computer is extremely slow. If I actually turn off my computer, I have problems turning it on again. Not to mention the trouble I am having using my everyday applications and sites. Someone who is more educated on this subject needs to get to the bottom of this situation, as I have seen many other complaints on this site.

bogus
They put fake virus in your computer and them sell you fake software, when their nothing wrong with the computer in the first place. They stop you from using your computer so that you have to down load the soft ware thats fake malware. I doesn't even exist. Its a self-proclaimed anti- spyware program.
They charge you for nothing. I looked up the www.wideworldsoft.com and it doesn't exist.

Charges
I purchased this security tool thinking it would help my lptp, but i have had no joy with this tool. It caused nothing but even more virouses and trojans on my computer. I have just received my credit card bill with a charge of £114.06 for something i cannot get to use nor wish to pay for . How can i stop the payment before the 8th of December.
