I bought an antivirus online from security tools but I never received it. I tried to download it but it never work, even though it was charged to my credit card. I thought that in my bank statement I could get a number to call them but I couldn´t get anything. Please if you can help me find this company or people involve in this fraud try to put another message in this website to see if I can resolve my problem. They charged me $129.85 plus $3.90 for international transaction fee which they never told me it was going to be charged.

they hacked into my coputer and I could'nt get off. they had a security tools and they ran a scan on my computer and said i had a virus and a host of other thing wrong with it. they wanted me to buy security tools program and when i did, they dissappeared off and i couldn't find them. I then searced for security tools and found a bunc h of complaints on them. When I got my credit card bill in the mail I found their name and checked it out anf found a bunch of complaints on them. I would like to know how this can happen ans=d seeing they are from another country, i will contact my senator to see if there is a way to lodge complaints through the gov't they got me for $50. 00 and I can't afford to lose money like that. Is there anything I can do to get this taken care of?
