I wanted to purchased a sex toy for my friends birthday in the month of May so I went online in March 2011 to purchase one. Considering that I live in Malaysia, theres no sex store around here. I went to this website called www.seekingo.com to purchase a tongue vibrator and together with it, they have given me a free bullet vibrator and the total amount which I have payed via paypal including shipping charges is USD78.01. On the 15 April I have received my order and when I opened the parcel, I was shocked because instead of receiving a Tongue VIbrator and a Bullet Vibrator I have received a Bed of Roses and a Bullet Vibrator and they even send me the Receipt of it amounting to USD10.15.
I than send an email to them about my complaint and they did not reply me and so I entered their website to launch a complaint to the Customer Service and after a few days, the Customer Services had replied my email on the 20 April saying: Hello, we will be sending you out the correct item and a return mailer for the wrong item...

And that was about it.

Than I waited until the 3rd May and so I decided to inquire them about when will my purchase be arriving and they have not replied my email since. Altogether, I have sent 4 emails to them asking them when will my parcel arrive and they still have not replied me up till this date. I will report this company to every website I know because I am very disappointed in them for their unprofessional-ism.
