I ordered, paid for, and received a nice new Sleep Number bed from Select Comfort in April of 2008. The initial delivery was substandard, but they quickly replaced it with a new set and we were content.
However, 6 months later the box spring began to squeak and creek at even the smallest movements. I placed a call on the 4th of December, and they said they would send a replacement, though it would take 8 weeks.
When I called at the end of January to see when it could be expected, they said they would check and call me back.
They never called back, and I called them 2 weeks later - now 10 weeks after then original order. I was then informed that in December, no order was entered into the system, and only in the end January was it input. Now they say it will take 8 weeks still, despite my request for expedition, for a delivery. Making it AT BEST 16 weeks of sleepng on a bed that creeks loudly everytime I take a deep breath...
