I ordered a moped March 2011. They called and wanted the last four digits on the credit card and guaranteed me the moped would arrive out of long beach between 3-15 business days. One month went by..nothing. Two months went by...nothing. We're approaching the third month and still nothing! Never heard from them after MANY emails. Tried called the phone number and they've all been disconnected!!!

Hello, I am finding this company not giving out clear information in our getting our Puerto Rican Birth Certificates and the method might seem simple to use but, they are known for dragging their feet on giving out information for the user to use and check . I am giving the Dept of Health in my city for the lack of credible information being given to us as we need. Here in New York city I made a complaint to our 311 services which are a sponsered service to help us here to get information from the Goverment as needed. The services we get for our needs that include our vital finormation in todays climate shoulde be one we respect and TRUST!
Not being able to talk with a company's customer service to deal with this type of sensitive information and not having a a custoimer service we can call i to veryfir our needs is not a way to build that TRUST! I applied with a certificate online and was told to use Viatal chack to see where my Birh Certificate was . Since Vital Check was not the one with whom I sent my Birht Certificate though but by my self I will not be helped nor will they give me the information to find out whom to deal with in the Deptment of Demograhics onPeurto Rico .It is a quick buy and and give out the inof and that is all.Nothing else is dealt with . Now if they are a comaony supervised bu the Goverment to help why are they not doing this ?
