I ordered the Grant Resource Guide and it charged me the S&H-Fine. I wrote down EVERYTHING that I had to cancel(Google, Grant Doctor, Free Credit Report...) and I made sure that I did. When they charged me my the $49.50 I called up and they were adiment that I hadn't canceled. She said that she couldn't do anything about it. Luckily my bank took care of it and I got issued a new card.After all that, it didn't work anyway When I put it in it asked me for some damn code that they had emailed me. Which they didn't. I visited the branch this week and had to make a withdraw because the ATM was not working again (another story), as I approached the counter and asked to make a withdraw from my account, I was handed a withdraw slip asked to fill out the details and return it to the cashier.
Nothing strange in that how ever the slip I was handed was in Spanish, I DO NOT SPEAK OR READ SPANISH, when I commented this fact to the cashier, her comment was” it doesn’t matter fill it out any way”. When I asked for help the cashier made me feel so small and pathetic, and as I left the bank I felt so dejected.

I have just gone through US citizenship and one of the main requirements it to be able to read and write in ENGLISH, not Spanish or any other languages. So why is Chase Bank requiring all its customers to be fluent in Spanish?

I have banked all round the world using many different languages and have never been belittled by any of them, until now.

I attempted to set up a phone account for an inmate in Chowchilla(VSPW) the GlobalTellink site did not list the facility.Upon calling customer service the representative said she would set up the account and took the money from my credit card.Later found out the money is stuck in a county system somewhere in Southern California and It has been 2 months now and now refund...
They took the money right away I expect it to be refunded in the samee manner!
