service - lack of
Hello,
I would like to make a complaint about the service at the Canandaigua, N.Y. post office.
I have had nothing but a very rude attitude from them and have twice now been told the the package I was sending was almost double the actual weight;and I take it home and weigh it and it is as I weighed it and take it back the next day and then some how the weight has changed to what it really is.
And many times I go in there and the person (only) standing will just walk away from the counter and not say anything at all and leave you standing there for several minutes.
I just moved up here from Columbus GA and I have never experienced such a rude group of postal workers.
I ship alot of item due to my Ebay buisness and I have always treated all of them with respect even after many times not recieveing the same.
All I ask is to get service;I don't care if they smile, but when you out right lie and cost me time and money it's time for me to say something.

Professionalism
My husband and I decided to go shopping for new appliances and try out the new Bad Boy in London last weekend. We arrived and were greeted in a friendly manner. As we headed for the appliances, a blonde woman introduced herself. We were horrified. She attempted to answer a couple of questions we had and obviously knew nothing of appliances. That was not bad enought. We could hardly understand what she was trying to say because of the huge wad of bubble gum she was chomping on like a dairy cow chewing her cud. As if that was not bad enough, her attire was shocking. Her skirt was at least 8 inches above her knee and her high heeled shoes reminded me of a "corner girl". A company as large as Bad Boy, I am sure should have a dress code but obviously not enforced. The whole experience was awful. My husband suggested we leave immediately because we wanted to buy appliances, not what she was trying to sell. You can quarantee we will never go back if this is the type of sales people that they employ. I will also tell my friends not to go there for these reasons.

fraud charge of 31.98
I do not want this id theft service. You guys withdraw 31.98 off my account. That cause me to overdraft! Please re-imburse my account, and cancel my service. Thank you.

Fraud
I just got notice that I could pay a settlement of over 800 dollars for a debt of about 1500 dollars due to Cingular. I have never been with Cingular my whole life thus Afni is being fraudalent towards people and they better watch it or I will contact the state attorney general general of Florida Bill McCollum

Harassment
When I received a second notice from them I informed them that I was in dispute with Direct TV (about my bill) and to stop contacting me about this debt. They told me they will still keep contacting me to collect the debt. They are in violation of the Fair Credit Debt Act and I hope to fine 1, 000 for not listening to me and trying to bully me. Thus far I have not received another notice to date. Also DirectTV should have never contacted them as they helped themselves to my money without my permission/knowledge so how did I miss a payment? If I did miss a payent why wasn't the service disconnected?

scam cheating fraud
I never heard of this company bank notified me that a scam artist had fraudulently removed money from my bank account... do not know of this SCAM ARTIST but want them caught and tried for stealing from people when is this going to stop !!! WE WORK HARD FOR OUR MONEY no matter what the amount is times are tight enough for us to liveand survive!!!
