WIFE TAKES CARE OF BILLS
SEM VALUE PLUS.COM HAS BEEN BILLING ME $25. A MONTH SINCE BACK IN 2009
FOR SERVICES I DID NOT REQUEST OR AUTHORIZE.
THIS IS A FRAUD DRIVEN COMPANY IN MY OPINION

Unauthorized Charges
I am appalled at how these businesses hook people into unauthorized billing to our credit cards. I do shop a lot on the internet and didn't catch this charge till now. I DO NOT KNOW WHO THEY ARE OR HOW THEY GOT MY NUMBER TO CHARGE ME. This kind of practice MUST stop. This is definately a SCAM and all should beware and we all must read our bills more closely.

I have no idea what this is and I don't remember authorizing it.
Again, I got billed for something I didn't authorize---three months worth, in fact. I don't make much money so this is an outrage.

Unauthorized charges to personal Credit Card
Unauthorized charges placed monthly on my credit card, $19.58, $19.59, $19.75. Have never ordered a product from this company and have no idea what they even sell, nor where/how they got my CC information. According to my bank which is reversing the charges they are in Minnetonka, Minnesota and claim the charges are for some "subscription". <---- ?? (Must be membership subscription charges for VP's expenses in ripping people off.) Their are multiple complaints about this company across the Web, a Bing search will bring up more than can be read in one day.

Charges
I have no idea why these charges are on my charge card bill. I never knowingly agreed to any kind of service from this company. I want these charges removed from my bills. I would like to know why the charges are on my bill and what gave anyone the right to begin charging me a monthly fee. I have never knowingly bought from a buying service that charged a monthly fee and I want this stopped immediately and my money returned. I feel this is fraud and insist that this be corrected immediately. jld

Fraud billing
I have no idea who or what these charges are for. When I called the company, the customer service person didn't know either! They claim that they have a recording with our authorization, but they couldn't produce it. The best defense against this company is to cancel the credit card and to file a fraud complaint with the credit card company.

this charge appeared on my card from Merrick Bank I do not know what it is and did noy it could be charged to my account. There is also another charge for the same place only in fun source again I do not know what this is
