I filed a complaint with the General Manager of Grand Lake Casino where i was employed from 4/11/2008 till 08.18/2010 about sexual harrasment and name calling and extreamlly lewd remarks made towards me. There was an internal investigation and after it was over my supervisor and i male employee was terminated but so was i the Chief of the Seneca Cayuga Tribe Leroy Howard his nephew Steven Howard was not fired as was Jonathen Logan whose Aunt Katie Birdsong is a prominate council member was also kept on.I was fired for complaining and for trying to take on the chiefs nephew.I believe that this kind of abuse will continue for the simple fact i was fired for coming forward so no other person will ever say a word because they will be likely to lose there job also. This kind of treatment needs to be out in the public Indian tribes have some immunity but like me if you keep on and call the right people things will get done. I called and wrote my congressmen my senator and even the president and i finally got a response from the Deputy Director of the EEOC out of St Louis, Mo that said i can sue not for sexual harrasment but for discrimination and retalliation i was fired because i came forward now the tribe can say they have immunity but i have the right to sue and so does anyone else through the United District Courts and i plan on doing just that. I hope if you need help you will take my words and just never give up Indian Tribes and there casinos think they are imune but they are not. I am also Cherokee Indian
Thank You
