**** BEWARE ---- THEY SPEAK WITH A FORKED TONGUE****
I down loaded a mail order form from threefeatherstobacco.com which is a business of the Seneca Indian Nation located in Irving, NY. After filing out the form and mailing it to their address with a check in the amount of $114.00 they contacted me by e-mail. They ask that I furnish them copies of my utility bills to verify my mailing address. I refused and ask them to cancel my order and return my check which they said they would.
After two weeks I had not received the return of my check and I sent an e-mail asking if they had mailed it. Their reply was that they would research the matter and advise.
After receiving my bank statement the check I wrote to them, "Big Buffalo" aka threefeatherstobacco.com, showed they had cashed or deposited same about 2 days after their last e-mail to me.
I immediately e-mailed them and got no response. In fact none of the several e-mails I recently sent have been answered or even acknowledge.
I have to assume that this is some type of scam perpetrated by the Seneca Indian Nations or at the very least their knowledge. As it turns out, some of their tribal headquarters are in Irving, NY with the same zip code as "Big Buffalo" where I mail my check.
I doubt I will ever see the $114.00 they stole from me but if enough people read this maybe they will have second thoughts about dealing with threefeathers.com aka Big Buffalo and the Seneca Indian Nation.
