Phone # to remove charges
Here is their phone number: For bogus charges, I suggest you report the card as lost or stolen first. Then call 267-417-0320. The company will ask for the credit card number. (The account was probably opened under another name.) They refunded the charge I received (which is for access to adult websites) on my next billing statement.

Unauthorized billing
I had a $34.62 charge appear on my checking account paid to sensiblehelp.com. I had a very difficult time contacting them to see what this charge was for. Their website did not offer a phone number nor an e-mail address. I eventually found them (I can't remember how, but I will post the how-to when I find out again because the charge caused a $33.00 overdraft fee which I am seeking to get credited to my account. I am sure others will run into the same problem.)
The charge was a monthly payment for access to an adult website, and was opened up under an e-mail address of someone I have never heard of.
The "member" could not have had my billing address or the security code from the back of my card - yet the site accepted my debit/credit card as a payment. When I asked the customer service rep how that was possible, he said that actual names and personal information are not required in order to protect the privacy of the "member." However, he did give me the first and last name of the person who signed up and the e-mail address of that person. This doesn't really fit the "privacy protection" concept, but I was glad to find out.
As soon as I found I had the charge, I had my bank inactivate/close that debit/credit card account. That way they were unable to make any future charges; and I was then comfortable providing the credit card number the account was set up under (which they need before removing a charge.)
The good news: The customer service rep did get my $34.62 fee refunded. I am still waiting to see what they will do about the overdraft fee.
P.S. I was also charged (in the same week) for another adult service under the same "member" name to a company called "Sensible Help." There may be some connection... They did also refund the charge but refused to credit back the OD fee.

unauthorized charges
I was charged $29.99 twice by sensiblehelp.com and I am not happy about it. I didn't deserve it and I want it to STOP NOW!
