We have had a lot of thorny “issues” in our HOA in Kissimmee. The high proportion of foreclosed properties has played havoc on our operating budget and frayed the nerves of a lot of our neighbors. In spite of that, Sentry Management—and particularly our Community Manager Jerry—have plugged along with the everyday business of operating our community. Without his effort and good judgment, this could have been a total disaster rather than a manageable crisis.
