Went for wedding hair and make-up trial. Was told on phone it would be $ 40.00 each. Hairdresser was very rude.went to pay and was charged $40.00 for hair and $85.00 for make-up.Told them I was told $40.00 each and I had the girls name who told me-she was off that day.I asked that she be called .The make-up girl was in a hurry to leave and the hairdresser was nasty. They wanted the $ and didn't want to know anything else. Spoke to the owner who said he "would look into it and get back to me " He called 3 days later with no answer-just saying it was a "misunderstanding" and would only offer me a $20.00 credit -apparently another "misunderstanding" because I was only getting the credit if I returned on my wedding day to get my hair and make-up done.He does not know how to run his business and has very rude help!!! I found a another salon for myself and my bridal party and they did a beautiful job on our hair and make-up on my wedding day and were very pleasant --unlike SEPTEMBER MORNING in LONG BRANCH-NEW JERSEY!!!
